Tinashe "Nash" Mahupete

Nash serves as the Incoming CEO of QLI, a multiple-time Best Places to Work award winning organization.

Nash enjoys his role at QLI where he helps recruit, build, and retain phenomenal team members and builds a healthy work culture in which these team members can thrive.

This is the same approach he takes in his own Leadership Coaching business, Dream Catcher. Nash is a published author whose body of work from his book, Dream Catcher: A Passion For People Development has been adopted by several businesses to optimize succession planning.

Along with that passion for developing people, Nash is growing a business to help provide affordable Workforce Housing in Omaha— Black Swan Homes.

In 2023, he cofounded 492 Solutions; a business designed to uplift talent on the African continent; by creating employment for individuals Africa, while helping to address the workforce crisis in the USA.

Nash is married to his entrepreneurial wife Sabrina. They have two children, Dominic and Jada.

Manger Baw

Manger, an entrepreneur at heart, is motivated to help make the lives and careers of other better.  She founded Knyaw Academy, a social media-based youth empowerment and educational advising program. 
KA Mission is to provide educational-based information and to promote the importance of all types of Education including formal, informal, and non-formal education to the Karen (Knyaw) audience.
KA provides educational services and products for professional development. KA also help youth to become storytellers and ambassadors through education and civic engagement.

Chad Arnold

Chad Arnold is an integral part of QLI’s Life Path Services team, deeply involved in the Tri-Dimensional Rehabilitation® program. 

A graduate of QLI’s rehabilitation program, Chad's work is crucial in supporting individuals to recover from catastrophic injuries, blending medical expertise with a focus on integrating real-world skills and passions back into their lives.

QLI's approach, founded on exceptional medical care, real-world rehab, and emotional wellness, benefits greatly from Chad's dedication. He ensures that people receive personalized care, leveraging adaptive technologies and therapy that promote meaningful recovery. Chad's commitment extends to emotional support, helping individuals find hope and purpose during their rehabilitation journey. He changes lives, drawing from his own life experiences of having a spinal cord injury due- an experience he views as having saved his life.

Chad's role at QLI exemplifies his deep commitment to enhancing the lives of those facing significant challenges, embodying the compassion and innovation at the core of QLI's mission.
